Carousel Service & Maintenance
We recognise that in this area "one size does not fit all" and so therefore we offer a range of contracts to suit a variety of customer requirements and each has its unique characteristics.
"A" Contract
A twelve month cover contract which includes two maintenance visits.
Additional call-outs to machine failures etc. and spare parts will be chargeable at set rates.
"B" Contract
A twelve month cover contract which includes two maintenance visits, call-outs for machine failures, labour costs to repair the machine failures and discounted prices for any parts required.
"C" Contract
A twelve month cover contract which includes two maintenance visits, call-outs for machine failures and all parts and labour costs required to repair the machine failure.
N.B. To meet customer demand we now have an arrangement where any of the above contracts can be taken out for an extended period of up to 5 years with a negotiated discount.
Maintenance Checks
For the convenience of all parties concerned we only carry out maintenance checks by appointment. This allows customers the flexibility they often require to ensure that we impact as little as possible on their daily routine. One machine check would normally take no longer than one hour.
Machine Failure Call-outs
It is our objective to respond to every machine failure call-out within 8 working hours of the problem being logged with our office.
