Direct Carousel Services Background

Direct Carousel provides vertical storage solutions for industries, whether for spare parts, components or finished goods. Our unique vertical carousel machines offer a fully advanced automated answer to storing and indexing. We deal with a wide range of manufacturers including Kardex, Hanel and Megamat.

Manufactured in the UK since 1983 Linpic Carousels have been successfully installed in a wide range of industries, both in the UK and overseas.

The Linpic principle is to bring the stock as speedily as possible to the operator using our bespoke storage system. Specialised software will sort your picking list into the optimum picking sequence, thereby minimizing machine travel time and increasing picking speeds.

Direct Carousel Services was formed in 1993 specifically to provide maintenance and mechanical cover for bespoke storage vertical carousel machinery and has done so to an ever increasing number of vertical carousel users since that time.

All of our Engineers are Carousel specialists, having many years of experience handling all aspects of work associated with these types of machines and much of this was gained whilst employed with other machine manufacturers including Kardex, Hanel and Megamat.

We firmly believe that employing skilled personnel and concentrating our efforts totally on supporting the Carousel Machine user, has resulted in our success where others have failed.

This belief is supported by a constant flow of vertical Carousel owners requesting that we take them on board following unsatisfactory service from "general purpose" maintenance companies with engineers who have little or no experience of vertical storage Carousel Machines. Our experience with brand name bespoke storage systems including Kardex, Hanel and Megamet is second to none.
