As with all machinery there is always a market for used equipment. Here at Direct Carousel we purchase surplus machines and bring them back to our premises for total refurbishment. Our refurbished machines are some of the best available on the market. Not only are they 'like new' condition they also come with full warranty and maintenance contract. They offer the user nearly all the same features as a new machine at a fraction of the cost.

After strip down the following work is carried out where necessary :-

Carrier arm assemblies are replaced.
End frames cleaned and degreased.
Top support bearings checked and replaced if necessary.
Exterior Cladding cleaned, resprayed or replaced if necessary.
New counter top fitted.
All chain tracks cleaned and regreased.
All rollers inspected and replaced if necessary.
Motor and gearbox unit fully tested.
