CONTROL SYSTEM

The carousel will be fitted with an external tower computer with a 15” TFT screen and the following software

MACS - XR+ Software - Part Cross Reference System

This software will allow the following functions:

a) Input location as Shelf, Left-to-Right and Front-to-Back, or absolute location
b) Input part code directly or Auto-Insertion via PART-CODE or DESCRIPTION Browse Boxes.
c) Input pick quantity reference quantity for items on picking lists
d) Input list name.
e) Create, edit, delete, display, process a list of part codes/locations and pick quantities
f) Display list reference, part code, location and pick quantity when picking
g) Fault indication on screen with diagnostics
h) On screen context sensitive help
i) Reports on screen - machine contents by location

Installation

Our quotation is based on:-

1) a clear and level site.

2) Customer to provide a suitable forklift truck for the unloading and building of the machine

3) Customer to provide a suitable scissor lift for the building of the machine

4) a 415 Volt three phase electrical supply with earth and neutral rated at 16 amps connected into the machine isolator.

5) a 240 Volt electrical supply rated at 13amp for the sole use of the computer and monitor.
