why do I need one?
You may need one to ensure that you do not fall foul of H&SE regulations as storage carousels are classed by them as lifting equipment. Our basic contract covers a minimum of 12 months, although 2,3,4 and 5 year contracts are available by negotiation. Within each 12 month period each machine will have two thorough checks carried out, normally six months apart with a detailed maintenance report sheet completed at each visit. Depending on the level of cover you opt for, machine failure callouts and parts may also be included.
