The Linspire™ HD Series employs a 100% domestic supply chain. From conception to completion our aim is to reduce our dependency on both global supply chains and, exclusively designed components.
Every element has been sourced from U.K. manufacturers and/or stockists resulting in quicker turnaround times and a consequent lowering of our carbon footprint.
Readily available parts, devoid of exclusivity, become the lifeline to our ability to support your business. By utilising universal circuit boards, sensors, safety equipment, etc., we have also ensured a continuous supply of critical components.
Creating Linspire™ HD Series, we challenged our team to be leaner and greener. And they delivered.
The internal measurements of a storage tray are 50mm (H) x 820mm (D) x a selection of three widths (W): 2,010mm, 2,510mm and 3,010mm.
Load capacity for a standard tray is 350kg UDL.
Optional tray upgrade to 500kg UDL capacity for some models.
Tray storage height interval is 125mm.
Maximum storage height of product permitted is 650mm.
Customised trays and infill options are available, along with a wide range of storage bins.
The average pick speed per tray is around 25 seconds, subject to tray loading.
Basic machine height starts at 3,050mm rising to maximum of 15,050mm in 500mm intervals.
The machine footprint is 2,977mm deep x 2,591/3,091/3,591mm wide depending on tray size.
Total maximum weight capacity of any height machine is 67,000kg.
Every machine complies with Machinery Directive 2006/427/EC as amended and EMC Directive 2004/108/EC and includes multiple safety features, including light curtains and emergency stops.
N.B. A three phase earth and neutral 20AMP power supply is required.
